My formula for success

Success is very intentional and deliberate. Don’t ever let somebody tell you that you can’t do something.
Hold your breath. When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe you’ll be successful. If you sleep in, you might miss the opportunity to be successful.
Succesful people take it one day ay a time.
How many hours will you be up and awake today? How many of those hours are you doing stuff you like doing? If you do more of what you like doing, you will be happier
Breathe out from the bottom of your lungs.
No need to breathe in. You will breathe in without even trying. Breathe out again
Notice 5 sounds
Notice 5 physical feelings
Notice 5 things you see. Notice with the curiosity of seeing for the first time.
Label your thoughts. Ignore them. They will keep coming. Keep labelling.
If a thought is negative, give it a donald duck voice.
One positive thought in the morning when you wake up, will set you up for all day
Smile again
Write down what you are grateful for, every day
Plan to do 6 things todayand every day.
There are only so many hours in the day.
Finish one thing, then start the next.
Love yourself like someone loved you when you were a child, gently.
Ask other people about themselves
Never talk about yourself unless asked
Blog for all to read.
